CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please call ahead as soon as you know you cannot make an appointment so our therapists can adjust their schedules accordingly. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the massage or Structural Integration fee. You will not be able to reschedule another appointment unless this fee is paid. If you cancel a prepaid service 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, you will be given store credit to use as you wish. This credit will not expire and can be used for service, product, or gift cards, but will not be refunded.

Medical concerns:

Please understand that the massage you receive is for the purpose of relaxation and muscular tension relief. If you experience pain or discomfort, you should immediately inform your massage therapist so they can adjust the massage accordingly. Please understand that massage is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Please keep the therapist updated on any medical changes not listed on your intake form.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT:

Sexually suggestive remarks or behavior will result in immediate termination of your massage session. You will be expected to pay in full.
